WCH HOUSE OF HOPE
There is a growing number of unaccompanied immigrant minors who have arrived in our region seeking safety and refuge. In the Houston Area, there are about five to Seven thousand unaccompanied minor refugees who need accommodation and other social and health services. Many of these minors have experienced trauma, and separation from their families, and face unique challenges in navigating the immigration system.

Our mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment for unaccompanied immigrant minors,
fostering their physical, emotional, and educational well-being.
Vision
Our vision is to empower these children
to overcome adversity, achieve their potential, and contribute positively to society.
Our key objectives are as follows:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for these children.
- Address their physical, emotional, educational, and legal needs.
- Promote cultural sensitivity and preserve their cultural identities.
- Facilitate family reunification when possible and appropriate.
- Offer access to quality education, counseling, and legal support.
- Foster a sense of community and provide opportunities for social and recreational
activities.
