As a stakeholder in the Niger Delta region, Willing and Caring Hands actively participated in the regional conference on Beyond The Forensic Audit; REPOSITIONING THE NDDC FOR INCLUSIVE & EFFECTIVE SERVICE DELIVERY.
The NDDC was set up for infrastructural development of the Niger Delta people to create a better life for the People, but the question is how far has the commission fared in keeping its mandate?
These are some questions the Conference sought to address.
